1 1/2 lb. white bread, diced
2 lbs grated cheddar cheese
10 eggs, beaten with
1 qt. milk
2 tsp dry mustard
salt and white pepper to taste
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb mushrooms ,sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread and cheese together. Combine remaining ingredients and add to the bread and cheese, mixing well. Let stand four one hour or refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 350 . Pour mixture into a greased baking pan and place into a larger pan of hot water. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until light and puffy and begins to brown.

Add sausage, chorizo, Italian sausage or bacon,eetc and serve with appropriate sauce, salsa or applesauce.
