4 large potatoes, wash, quartered lengthwise
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 T. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes & quarter lengthwise. Place the quarters into ice water, cover & chill for an hour. Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil, dull side up. Remove potatoes from water & dry thoroughly. Place seasoned salt into a small bowl. Dip the potatoes into the vegetable oil & immediately dip in the seasoned salt to coat them. Place them onto the baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
