1.5lb of lean mince
1 large onion finely chopped
3 large carrots finely chopped(optional)
pasta sheets
1 carton of cream or emlea
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of tomato puree
1 tsp. of paprika
1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
white sauce
2 packets of buffalo mozzarella cheese (sliced or grated)
black pepper
1 tabs of herb De Provence
1 large lasagna dish

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the mince and onion until mince is brown. Add the chopped carrots, tin of tomatoes, tin of tomato puree, black pepper, herb De Provence and paprika and simmer for a good half hour (or until carrots have softened). Add the cream at the end and stir well. Simmer for a further 10 mins. Layer lasagna dish with sheets of pasta. Add the mince mixture. Cover with half of the white sauce. Add another layer of pasta, then a layer of mince and cover with the rest of the white sauce. Cover all of white sauce mixture with the mozzarella cheese. Put in the oven at approx 150c/300f/Gas Mark 4 and cook until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown. Serve with side salad/fries and fresh crusty bread
