3.25 c. milk, scalded
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp yeast (dissolved in 3/4 c. warm water and 1 tbsp sugar)
2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 c. shortening
10-11 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk in microwave (about 5 minutes). Mix yeast in water and sugar, set aside. To milk, add shortening, sugar, and salt. Stir until cooled. Add eggs. Add one-half of the flour and beat well. Add yeast and mix well. Add the rest of the flour and knead for 5 minutes. Make sure dough is sticky (don't add too much flour) and put in greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic bag (leave lots of room). Let rise till double in bulk. Roll out on lightly floured surface (about 4 dough pieces) into a rectangle. Sprinkle butter and cinnamon sugar. Place on pan, let rise till double in size. Bake at 425F for 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and then frost.
