6 lbs. pork (or beef)
1 can Coke
1 bottle salsa (16 oz)
2 c. brown sugar (using one is just as good!)

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in crock pot and fill it half way with water. Cook on high for 5 hours. Drain off water. Cut pork in thirds. Mix together sauce and put on top of pork. Cook 2 more hours on high. Shred pork with forks. Cook on high for 1 more hour. Leave on low until ready to serve. Serve on tortillas with Lime Cilantro Rice, beans, lettuce, and Creamy Cilantro Dressing
