spaghetti

grilled chicken tenders, sliced thin

olive oil

1 large onion, sliced thin

1 package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into strips

1 c. green olives
1 c. black olives
1 c. mild banana peppers

Directions:
Directions:

Grill chicken tenders or use frozen grilled chicken strips and heat thoroughly in a skillet with a little olive oil. Set aside.

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil. Set aside.

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Add mushrooms and green pepper and sauté until brown.

Add all remaining veggies and sauté until hot. Season with salt and pepper. Add chicken and serve over spaghetti.


This is Clay and Jacob's favorite meal that I make for them. Sometimes they eat so much that I have to continue cooking more!
