2 lbs. ground ham
1/2 c. diced celery
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
brown sugar
lemon juice
Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:

Grind ham in processor or grinder. Drain pineapple. Mix ham, celery and pineapple. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and brown sugar. Add enough Miracle Whip to make spreading consistency.

This makes a large amount of ham salad. Great to give away with sour dough bread.
