32 oz. Frozen hash browns
1 lb. Ham, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper. diced
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, layer hash browns, ham, onion, peppers, and cheese. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over other ingredients and top with a bit more cheese. Cover and cook on low overnight.
