3 potatoes sliced or grated
3 onions sliced or grated
1 recipe shrimp batter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut shoestring style or grate. cut onions in similar manner. Salt and pepper to taste. then fold into shrimp batter. Let chill in refrigerator. Drop by teaspoonfuls into skillet with 1 cup of hot oil.
