4 ears of corn or 1 pt frozen cream style corn
2 small onions chopped fine
2 small green peppers chopped fine
1 cup coffee cream
4T butter or oleo
1 qt milk
4 fresh tomatoes or 1 can drained

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape corn, cook corn, onions and pepper in oleo/butter for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with flour and mix until smooth and add milk and tomatoes. If mixture has a tendency to curdle add a pinch of soda and stir. Boil gently for 30 minutes stirring often and season to taste with salt and pepper. When ready to serve add cream and 2 T butter.
