2 1/2 c water
1/2 c slice celery
3/4 c diced onion
1/2 c sliced carrots
5 c sliced potatoes, unpeeled
2 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard
2 c milk
1 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in a pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer, covered until celery and carrots are tender. Mash mixture slightly with potato masher. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil again. Reduce and simmer 2 more min.
