1 1/4 c. grits
6 c. water
1 lb. American cheese, grated
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3 - 4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and grits about 5 minutes. Add cheese. When cheese is melted, add remaining ingredients. Mix well and bake in buttered baking dish for 1 hour at 350. This recipe is from Zula House. It has been a holiday favorite for us for many years.
