6 eggs, beaten
6 slices white bread, torn into small pieces
1 lb. sausage, browned
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:

Mix ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. This may be refrigerated overnight before baking.


My college sorority went to my "big sister's" house for brunch and her mother served this dish. It was delicious.
