4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
Lawry's season salt
Lawry's season pepper
Lawry's garlic salt
12 to 15 semi-hard deli rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cover the beef with a heavy coating of the 3 seasonings. Place brisket in an enamel roaster (like a turkey roaster) and bake for 30 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 250 degrees. Completely cover brisket with boiling water. Cover roaster with lid or foil and cook 5 to 6 hours, until a string of meat pulls off easily. Separate meat from juice in pan. Slice meat thinly. Thicken juice slightly with cornstarch for Au Jus. Serve sliced brisket hot on rolls with Au Jus on the side for dipping.
