3 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 c rolled oats
1 T thyme
1 t oregano
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 T parsley
Dash of salt and pepper
1 1/2 c BBQ sauce
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c grape jelly
1/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 375. Combine all but last 4 ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Place meatballs in crock pot on low, cover with BBQ sauce, water, sugar, jelly. Stir well, serve warm.
