8oz chopped spinach
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 T butter melted
2 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Spread evenly in well greased 8X8 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
