1 pkg (3oz) sugar free orange jello
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water and/or ice cubes to make 1 cup
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 T lemon juice
1 T sliced scallions or green onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup bean sprouts, drain
1/4 sliced water chestnuts, drain

Directions:

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup and add to jello. Add soy sauce and lemon juice to jello and mix until jello is thickened (if you used ice cubes). Let jello stand in refrig until almost jelled. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until set.
