1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/3 c. water
3/4 c. uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and veggies in an 11 x 8 shallow baking dish.
2. Top with the chicken. Season the chicken if desired. Cover.
3. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Let the casserole stand for 10 min. before serving. Top with cheese.
