6 eggs
2 2/3 cups sugar
3 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans evaporated milk
1 quart 1/2 and 1/2 (4 cups)
1 pint whipping cream (2 cups)
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Gradually beat in the sugar and beat until foamy. Add vanilla, salt evaporated milk, whipping cream and 1/2 and 1/2. Stir until blended. Pour into a gallon freezer and add milk to the fill line. Freeze as directed on ice cream freezer.
