1 pound chicken breast strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. fajita seasoning mix (I use Old El Paso)
2 Tbsp. water
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
10 soft tortillas
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:

Brown chicken in hot oil. Drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender. Heat tortillas according to directions on package. Spoon fajita filling onto tortillas. Top with sour cream, cheese, guacamole or whatever you desire. Roll up and serve.
