1 pan cornbread, baked (10" skillet)

1 medium onion
2 sticks celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter or margarine (2 oz.)

1 tsp. sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning
salt to taste

1 can cream of chicken soup
3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 cup chicken broth


Crumble cornbread in large bowl.

SautÚ onions and celery in butter or margarine. Add sage, poultry seasoning and salt. Mix with cornbread.

Pour 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan, reserving 1/3 of mixture for top.

Mix chicken with cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour over dressing. Place remaining dressing mixture over chicken mixture.

Bake at 350║ for 45 minutes.

If chicken breasts are small, you may want to cook four.
