shuck beans
fat meat (pork) to season
salt to taste
hot pepper pod

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight in water. Cook next morning. Add a piece of fat meat pork and a small pod of hot pepper to season. Add a little salt, to suit your taste. Eat with cornbread and raw onion or fried kraut.
