2 bottles (1.5 liters total) dry red wine
1 c. sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
Several pinches freshly grated nutmeg
2 c. apple cider
1/2 c. grappa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wine, sugar, cinnamon, orange and lemon zest, orange juice, nutmeg, cider and grappa in a large nonreactive pot over medium heat and bring to a bare simmer. Remove from heat. Serve in mugs.
