3 pound Sirloin Tip Roast
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Seasoning
1 jar Peppercini
Can of Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot and sprinkle with seasoning. Dump peppercinis with juice and all on top of roast. Cook on low starting around 9pm the night before you would like to eat. The following afternoon or before you eat fork beef and add beef broth if it is too spicy. If you like it spicy use zesty italian seasoning! Delicious!
