24 Oreo Cookies
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1(15oz) Hershey's syrup
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 cup butter
12oz Cool Whip
1(8oz) pkg nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and blend with 1/4 cup butter. Press in 9x13 pan and freeze for 1 hour. Spread ice cream on cookies and freeze. Combine Hershey's, Eagle Brand Milk, and 1/2 cup butter in pan; bring mixture to a boil, then simmer for 3-5 min until thick. Stir often. Let cool; spread over ice cream layer and freeze 1 hour. Spread cool whip over Hershey's mixture and sprinkle with nuts. Freeze for 24 hours.
