1 10 oz. bunch of fresh broccoli
1 Tablespoon of oil
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds
pimento strips for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli.Do not overcook.
Mix all other ingredients except the sesame seeds.
Heat the sauce until the sugar melts.
Pour the sauce over the broccoli and garnish with the seeds and pimento strips.
