1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp. flour(heaping) 3 egg yolks, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup whole milk, 1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter, 1 cup coconut, 1 tsp. vanilla

Meringue- 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 3 egg whites, 2 large heaping tbsp. of marshmallow creme

Directions:

Mix sugar and flour together. Add milk and stir while cooking, add egg yolks and salt. Cook until thick. Add butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Add coconut. Pour into cooked pie shell.

Make meringue by beating egg whites until very stiff. Add sugar cream of tartar and marshmallow creme. Put on Top of pie and bake until meringue is lightly browned
