9 qts. popped popcorn 1 C. butter 2 C. brown sugar 1/2 C. light Karo 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. soda
Spread the already popped popcorn out on large baking sheets in a thin layer. Bring butter, brown sugar and Karo syrup to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and soda. Pour over the popcorn and stir until coated. Bake at 250º for one hour, stirring 3 times.
