1 whole chicken
1 cup Kosher salt
Carrot sticks
Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in 1 cup Kosher salt, spread all over--
put in plastic bag and fill up with water and brine for 4 hours.
Rinse very well!
Spray baking dish and cover the bottom with carrot sticks sliced very thick.
Brush with white Karo corn syrup all over.
Start with breast side down and bake for an hour at 350 degrees, brush with syrup, turn and brush again. Bake 1/2 hour more.บบ
