2 chicken breasts, skinned and split
6 tbsp. butter, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
1 large can artichokes
1/2 pound mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp. sherry
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts in 4 tbsp. butter and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Place in a flat casserole and arrange 1 large can artichokes between chicken breasts.
Saute 1/2 pound mushrooms in pan drippings and 2 tbsp. butter. Add 2 tbsp. flour, 2/3 cup chicken broth and 3 tbsp. sherry. Cook until thick. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 30-40 minutes
