1 C lard
3 C flour
1 egg
5 T cold water
1tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 1 cup lard into 3 cups flour.
In a separate bowl beat; egg, water, vinegar, and salt. Add liquid mixture into flour and lard mixture and mix only enough to dampen dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Roll out and bake.
