1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 T salt
2 eggs, beaten
6 T grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except olive oil. Add 4 T water and shape mixture into approximately 1" balls. Heat oil in skillet and brown meatballs well.
Serve with spaghetti.
