8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 slices Swiss cheese, each cut in half
1 can Cream of Broccoli soup
8 tomato slices
2 T. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
8 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3-quart baking dish, arrange chicken. Top each breast with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese. In a small bowl, stir soup and spread over cheese. Top with tomatoes. In another small bowl, combine butter or margarine and stuffing; sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over rice.
