4-6 medium potatoes
1 stick melted margarine
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes; do not peel. Slice crossways. Layer in casserole dish. Mix margarine and dressing mix. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
