1 - 8 oz. pkg Sharp Cheddar, shredded
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 - 4 oz. jar pimentos, with juice
1/2 cup light mayo
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco (optional)

Let the cream cheese soften. Stir in the remaining ingredients & stir til well blended. Keep refrigerated.
