1 1/2 t lemon juice
2 T chopped green onions
1 T honey
1 T soy sauce (low sodium is good here)
1 t fresh finely shredded ginger (optional)
1/4 t sesame oil
4 tilapia fillets
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 T canola oil
Salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make dressing by combining first 6 ingredients and set aside
2. Salt and pepper tilapia on each side
3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat
4. Add tilapia and cook until brown on each side, (about 3 minutes per side)
5. Place greens on plate, top with a fillet and drizzle dressing over top

Cod is okay too, but tilapia is a little better for you and is normally farm raised so there is less risk of mercury
