4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
2 tsp salt
Enough warm water to form dough


























Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Cut in shortening and add water. Roll thin and cut into squares. Fry in very hot oil. Hold down in oil until they puff up, brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or honey. and serve.
