1 cup corn meal
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1/2 lb ground meat
1/2 lb cheese grated
1 large onion grated
jalapeņo pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients beating well. Then add corn. Cook ground meat until done, drain on paper towel. Grease 13x9x12 glass pan. Spread half of cornbread mixture in bottom of pan, Sprinkle on meat and cheese, onion and jalapeņo pepper mixture. Top with remaining cornbread mixture. Bake at 350 for at least an hour.
