1 loaf French bread, cut into 18 slices
1 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into 1/4 " slices
1 3oz. cream cheese, cut into 1/2 " slices
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place 9 bread slices in greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cream 1/2 of the cream cheese slices. Place second layer of bread slices and remaining cream cheese slices. Blend next four ingredients (eggs, milk, maple syrup & cinnamon). Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night. Let come to room temperature before baking. Bake 350 about 45 min until set in the middle.. After baking about 20 min place foil on top to keep from browning too fast and to keep it moist.
