2 chicken breasts
red or black seedless grapes
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
pinch or two of sea salt
capful of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of Canola Mayo
1/4 chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo, white pepper, honey, poppy seeds, sea salt, and apple cider vinegar together & mix well. Cook chicken (I usually cook with a little water so it stays moist & doesn't overcook). Let chicken cool. Dice chicken. Mix in with mixture, add pecans and grapes. You can also add celery.
