11/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon honey
4 cups bread flour
112 cups warm water
2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 teaspoon baking soda
pretzel salt

Directions:
Directions:
425 degrees
bake 15 to 18 minutes
stir yeast, sugar, honey in warm water and soak for five minutes
mix flour and salt add yeast and knead
oil bowl, cover and rise 45 minutes 4 quarts water to boil punch down
8 to ten pieces roll into 24 inch ropes
shape place in water bath
rises in oven
