2 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. portabella mushrooms
flour
1/3 cup white wine
2 Tbsp. port wine
Mozzarella cheese or provolone

Directions:
Directions:
Dust chicken with flour. Sautéed mushrooms in 2 Tbsp. of butter. Season with salt & pepper. Heat remaining butter & oil. Cook chicken in butter & oil. Arrange breasts in shallow oven safe pan. Spoon mushrooms over chicken. Add both wines to the remains in chicken skillet & deglaze pan. Pour over chicken. Add cheese on top. Bake at 400 until cheese melts.
