1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour onto a hot grill in circle like pancakes. With the back of a spoon, spread mixture out to a very thin cake. Flip over. To eat, sprinkle with powder sugar, cinnamon, white sugar, fruit, whip cream. Roll up and YUM!
The crepes can also be filled with meats and cheeses for a dinner meal.
