1 lb. Hamburger
1 minced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
3 cans tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
3 cans water
1 bay leaf
1 2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme

Brown hamburger with minced onion & minced garlic. Add tomato paste, sugar, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper. oregano & thyme. Combine and simmer for 2 hours
