6 bell peppers, chopped
12 Anaheim peppers, chopped
6-10 minced garlic cloves
c brown sugar
c vinegar
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp salt

Simmer for 3 hours. Cold pack for 15 minutes.
