1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 head red cabbage, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. baby carrots, sliced lengthwise (julienne-style)
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 c. purple onion, diced
1 small pkg. crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 - 3/4 c. Italian dressing
1/4. c. bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, tomato, onion and toss together. Add bleu cheese, bacon, and Italian dressing just before serving. Toss and serve.
