2 lbs. lean hamburger
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 onion, diced
tsp. sage
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef consume
1 can cream of mushroom

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in milk. Combine hamburger, milk, and bread. Add onions, eggs, sage and Worcestershire sauce. Blend all ingredients together thoroughly. Salt and pepper lightly. Roll meatballs in flour and brown. Place meatballs in a casserole dish. Blend and add 1 can beef consume and 1 can cream of mushroom. Simmer covered for 1 - 2 hours in the oven at
325.
