1 lb cooked ground beef, or 2-3 chicken breast, cooked
1 large can chopped, stewed tomatoes
14 oz can kidney beans with juice
1 pkg taco seasoning
salt/pepper to taste
1 tsp onion powder
17 oz can corn with juice
8 oz tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth

Directions:

Add all ingredients to pot and simmer for 1 hour. Top each bowl with grated cheese, chips and sour cream.
