1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Puree first four ingredients in blender. Pour into bowl. Mix in onion. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature and rewhisk before using.
