Mahatma Yellow rice.
Hillshire smoked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot saute some onion and some celery.
In that put chicken,cover with enough water to submerge. Season to taste-salt and pepper
Bring to a boil and then simmer - covered until done.
Remove the chicken, take the bones and the skin out.
Skim the fat off the broth. Measure out the broth using 2 cups of broth to each cup of rice that you will add. Use canned broth or water to even recipe out.
Cut the Hillshire smoked kielbasa to bite size.
Put all ingredients- stock chicken, kielbasa, rice and cook on low for 1/2 hour
